Your Options

1. We have bundled our mortgage forms into two sections. You can follow the instructions below to print them out.

2. If you want to select one form at a time for printing, you can go to our List of Mortgage Documents to make your selection.

Instructions

1. Click the following links for Mortgage Application Kit 1 documents.
   
   

   • Uniform Residential Loan Application (Five 8.5 in x 14 in. pages)

   • Authorization to Release Information

   • Confirmation of Interest Rate and Discount Points

   • Mortgage Insurance Disclosure

   Depending on how your browser is configured, Adobe Acrobat will either automatically open and display the document, or, you will be prompted to save it to your hard drive.

2. If prompted to save the document, first save it and then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

3. Print the document to your printer.

4. Complete and sign the Loan Application and Credt Release Authorization and either mail or fax them to HomeNet Mortgage, along with your other supporting documentation.

5. Once you are approved for your loan, you can return to this page and print out Mortgage Application Kit 2, which includes documents you will need to print, sign, and return to HomeNet Mortgage before you can close on your loan.
